Spectrum Organising’s 1st Birthday Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
This giveaway is being run and promoted solely by Spectrum Organising (ABN: 42629199881). Facebook, Instagram, Meta and Zoom do not hold any responsibility for the running of this competition or the distribution of prizes.
1. This is a game of chance. No skill is required to enter this competition. All entrants in the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this exempt lotteries agreement. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
2. Enter by by simply liking or following our page. If you would like to, you can leave a comment to answer the question - Which area of your home needs decluttering and why?

3. Spectrum Organising accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
4. Only one entry per person, per platform is permitted.
5. One winner will be chosen randomly from a draw of names. The draw will be streamed via Facebook LIVE at 8:00pm AEST on Tuesday 10th September 2024 using a random name generator - i.e. the first name drawn will win the prize, if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days (including weekends) a second name will be drawn, this will continue until a winner is determined.
The draw will take place on Tuesday 9th September at 8:00pm (AEST) at Spectrum Organising’s place of business, Curtin ACT 2605.
6. The winner will be notified in writing and will receive 2x FREE 90 minute Zoom sessions (worth $330), working with one of our experienced Professional Organisers over Zoom.
If either of the Spectrum Organising Facebook/instagram pages reach 1000 followers, we will choose 1 more recipient (2 winners total) to receive the same prize.
If both the Spectrum Organising Facebook and instagram pages reach 1000 followers, we will choose 2 more recipients (3 winners total) to receive the same prize.
7. Spectrum Organising accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
8. The winner will be notified via a congratulations post/message on facebook/instagram. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by Spectrum Organising, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Spectrum Organising shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (any winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days, or they will also forfeit their prize).
If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Spectrum Organising shall be entitled to select another winner.
9. The prize will need to be redeemed within 6 months, or the prize will be deemed void by Spectrum Organising.
10. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
