In 2016, Melinda engaged the assistance of a Professional Organiser to help her overcome chronic disorganisation due to life circumstances.

As the mother of two neurodivergent teens with complex medical needs, being supported through that process inspired Melinda to become a Professional Organiser.

Melinda understands first hand the challenges that come with being neurodivergent (Autistic/ADHD/CPTSD) and is passionate about empowering others to do the same.

As a Professional Organiser, Coach, Public Speaker and the Managing Director of Spectrum Organising, Melinda is highly effective and skilled at supporting clients to achieve better functionality and organisation in their lives and homes.

Melinda is a member of the Institute of Professional Organisers (IOPO), holds a current certificate in Mental Health First Aid and is a Certified Coach, specialising in Mindset and Results Coaching.

Carli is a caring and supportive member of the Spectrum organising team, who has a knack for thinking outside the box.

Carli has a diploma in Community Services as well as a Diploma in Children’s Services. Carli previously worked for Education NSW and is a Certified Coach, specialising in Mindset and Results Coaching.

Carli works with clients in both Canberra and Goulburn.

Denise brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Professional Organiser with Spectrum Organising.

Denise is highly skilled at decluttering, downsizing and move management, able to manage even the most complicated moves with grace and care.

Denise worked as a Support Worker in the disability sector and has completed Hoarding Home Solutions training. She has a Bachelor of Education in Home Economics and Textiles, as well as a Post Graduate in Special Education.

Daniela brings an abundance of empathy and compassion to her role as a Professional Organiser with Spectrum Organising.

Daniela is a caring professional, bringing a warm and gentle approach to her work, with outstanding attention to detail.

Daniela has worked as a disability Support Worker and has a background in Administration.

Daniela is currently studying a Diploma of Counselling and holds a current certificate in Mental Health First Aid.
